Things I've tried:
Scannow /frc
Checking date and time
Updating chipset / graphics drivers

Downloading and running the offline update

Running the Windows Update Troubleshooter

Nothing has helped. Any suggestions?

As I mentioned earlier, this problem did resolve, but downloading the offline installer didn't work as a fix for me. When I ran it, I would get the error "Could not install".

You may download the offline installer (.msu) for KB5026372 and install it.

    Same issue here, i5-10300H.
I can't use laptop manufacturer application because I can't get this stupid update.

Tried to manually start Background Intelligent Transfer Service and restarting the Windows Update service in services.msc, but idk if it helped, because the download either very slow or stuck on 7%, I'll update in few hours on results

UPDATE: sadly it didn't help... All other updates installing without any problems, but this one can't for some reason
