Was almost going nuts, but I can confirm this registry edit works ! No more exclamation mark on the Security shield. Thanks ! :)
Build 22621.1265 Received Security update KB5007651 1.0.2302.21002 which caused a problem with current public windows Build 22H2.
This update was received on 2/23/2023 and caused several warnings that seem to be caused by incompatibility with current public Windows Build 22621.1265.
There was absolutely no problem before receiving this update, which seems to be for Dev Build 25305 and not for current public Build 22H2.

2023-02-24T10:31:52+00:00 Me and many others started getting this problem after the January updates. See https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_11-hardware/local-security-authority-protection/536920b2-0631-40fa-a6c4-d4a8571a6a77.
So the problem was already there before this February update. In fact, I have not received that update yet. The last update I have for KB5007651 was received in August (Update for Windows Security platform - KB5007651 (Version 1.0.2207.20002)).
