this app has been blocked by your system administrator - Windows 11 Pro

Question

Just this week my PC has started blocking an app which I've been using recently quite regularly without issue.

I've followed all suggestions on various forums etc and still can not attain access to the App/Program.

Thank you - that worked to run the app. BUT . . . it doesn't remove the "block", so this seems to be the ONLY - very long-winded - way to run it. How do you remove the actual "block" permanently?
