Isn't that a problem or it's normal, isn't Disk 100% a problem?

2023-03-18T13:31:33+00:00 It is normal for an HDD to be running at 100% during some Windows maintenance activities. Replacing it with an SSD will help, which I think @LuizScruz was asking the question.
If you click on the top of the Disk column, it will bring the most active to the top of the listing, so you can see what it is.

Did you try the solutions provided in the link I sent in the previous post?
If you haven't tried it, I recommend you try it;
I also recommend doing an optimization on your disk;
Open Windows Explorer;
Right-click Local Disk C: and go to properties;
Click on Tools;
Click Optimize;
Select C: and click Analyze;
Then click Optimize;
After the end of the process, your disk will be defragmented;
Check if the high disk usage still persists;
