Worked! ESET is the culprit.
Problem with Unicode Typing
Hello,
I recently installed Windows 11 on my PC. I installed a software called "Avro" which allows me to write in my native language, Bangla. It is a free Unicode and ANSI compliant Bengali keyboard interface for Windows. The problem is that when I try to write something in Bangla, it types the wrong letter. Suppose I want to write "আমার সোনার বাংলা" , it types "।/১২ ৩৳৫৬৭ ৮৯০-=ক" which is totally irrelevant. I am facing the issue only in my browser (Edge, Chrome) and not in other Windows programs like Notepad, MS Word, Excel, etc.
I tried changing my browser's font to any Unicode font, but it didn't work. My default keyboard layout is English (United States). I also tried changing my keyboard layout but faced the same issue. I am using Windows 11 on my laptop too, but I didn't face this issue. I tried to copy all the keyboard layout, font settings, and language settings from the laptop, but it didn't work. I used many similar programs for Bangla typing, including "Bijoy" keyboard, which is also a popular Bangla typing software, and faced the same issue.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.

Thank you brother.
