PS5 Controller is not working anymore as it used to on windows 10 & 11

My PS5 controller used to work fine with steam even in spiderman and Guardians of the galaxy had haptic feedback. Suddenly is not working as it used to. When I try to play Hogwarts on steam when I press R2 repeatedly, it has a delay. I tried use it both via USB and via Bluetooth. When I open the Firmware PS5 program to check for update, the program is not responding. I tried in another computer and it is works fine. When I try to open Spiderman with the controller connected via USB, it freezes and won't open. I uninstalled the controller, I reboot the PC and still works not fine. It is recognized from my windows 11 (I updated from 10 to 11 and still it has the same issues) as audio device or as other device (if i disable it as audio) but no as input device as is my xbox controller.

Probably this happened after an windows updated or armoury crate upodates. I have asus MB. The same day that I have issues with my PS5 controller, I had issues with my Corsair keyboard. It wasn't recognized by iCue program so I can change the RGB. It made me frustrated not able to change rgb and keep flashing in my face so I changed the keyboard with Logitech that I had.

Can anyone help me please? I like playing with both controllers (xbox and ps5) but I like using the ps5 controller when i want to play ps5 games.

Is your ps5 controller recognized as audio device or input? Should need to be recognized as audio? I don't remember how was recognized when it was working. But now it's recognized as audio via USB. And via Bluetooth recognized as input device.

Yes, It is "Wireless Controller" under Sound, Video and game Controllers,

Device Type; Sound, Video and Game controllers
    Manufacturer: (Generic USB Audio)
Device Status: This device is working properly.

The moment I launch a game or the firmware app that tries to initialize the controller, lockup of game or app.

I plug the same controller and cable into my Surface Pro, also Win11, and it has no issues and reports as the same type of device.

I believe this is normal as it's working as such on my other computer, plus the haptic feedback actually relies on this audio channel, which is why you have to be USB wired to get the haptic feedback working in games.
