PS5 Controller is not working anymore as it used to on windows 10 & 11

My PS5 controller used to work fine with steam even in spiderman and Guardians of the galaxy had haptic feedback. Suddenly is not working as it used to. When I try to play Hogwarts on steam when I press R2 repeatedly, it has a delay. I tried use it both via USB and via Bluetooth. When I open the Firmware PS5 program to check for update, the program is not responding. I tried in another computer and it is works fine. When I try to open Spiderman with the controller connected via USB, it freezes and won't open. I uninstalled the controller, I reboot the PC and still works not fine. It is recognized from my windows 11 (I updated from 10 to 11 and still it has the same issues) as audio device or as other device (if i disable it as audio) but no as input device as is my xbox controller.

Probably this happened after an windows updated or armoury crate upodates. I have asus MB. The same day that I have issues with my PS5 controller, I had issues with my Corsair keyboard. It wasn't recognized by iCue program so I can change the RGB. It made me frustrated not able to change rgb and keep flashing in my face so I changed the keyboard with Logitech that I had.

Can anyone help me please? I like playing with both controllers (xbox and ps5) but I like using the ps5 controller when i want to play ps5 games.

    Did you find a fix
I have also input delay issues

As in when i play i feel lag between me pressing a button and seeing it on pc

It started when i connected a few device on pc via my controller gained input lag even after disconnecting those devices i connect

( i play rocket league at a very high level in competitive so i know how it feels to have delay and just plainly not being quick enough for things )

The fix for that was going to wired and overclocking that worked for the time being until i got stick drift with the right stick ( to move camera) so i got a new controller ( dual sense edge ps5) and it had delay even with the new wire it come with so i choose to go back to old controller and that also had delay

i tried deleting the game and steam

i took off the steam input

i disabled some services which resulted in higher sens which was nice but didnt fix delay

i downloaded new chips which did make it feel better ig but still have delay

i did NVIDIA ultra low latency ( via inspector since my pc didnt have it 0)

i deleted the controller driver in device manager ( i think )

i deleted Bluetooth and reinstalled ( i think but i could be wrong )

i been trying to look for fix in google for about 2 weeks now and nothing had came up

Hi, before my PS4 controller worked perfectly without software One day I tried to play with it except that I thought the problem was the controller, yesterday I went and bought a PS5 controller and a brand new cable, I plugged it in and no sign of life (I I tried all possible techniques (reset the DualsenseX controller, DS4 Windows)

A similar thing happened to my DualShock 4 on Christmas. It just stopped working with games (it could still connect to the computer). On other PCs it works fine, but not on mine. This issue might just be Microsoft making Sony controllers unplayable, since I updated my PC before that, but the other PC I tried the controller on was never updated.

    Hello everyone,

After format my disk and installing windows again, no problem again. I do not know for sure what caused the problem. But I am not suggesting to do the same. I read somewhere that it is caused by CITRIX RECEIVER. I am using citrix for working. Could you let me know if dyou are using citrix too?
