At times the Network adapters may have become corrupted. Uninstalling them and reinstalling them may fix the problem.
Please type Device Manager on the start and open the page.
Scroll down the page and click on Network adapter.
Right-click on the driver and uninstall it.
Then restart your computer. Windows will reinstall the driver and many times fix problems.
____
If this doesn't work, you will need to download updated drivers from the maker of your computer. The maker of your computer is responsible for having updated drivers so their computer will work on Windows.
You will want to go to their website support page. Then go to the pages for the drivers for your computer. You will want to install the most current drivers. Many companies have scanners to help you with this. If you have a problem, their support should be able to help you find the correct driver.
Please let me know if you continue to have a problem.
Best Wishes,
Cindy
