So I bought a new Ethernet cable, and when I connected it to my laptop it couldn't connect to the internet it said "No internet access your device can only access other device on your local network" how can I fix it?

    My laptop says: Your device can only access other devices on your local network.

    Which drivers do we have to uninstall?? All if them under network adapters??

    Good morning Cindy I can't even get past the sign in page,

    System says you have, "NO INTERNET CONNECTION!" nut my other laptop works fine.

    I'm thinking my other laptop is toast.
