Does Windows 11 effect Outlook and Office performance?

Question

Since accidentally agreeing to upgrade to Windows 11 the laptop performance has diminished.

The laptop is 2 years old and exceeds all Windows 11 requirements yet I am facing so many problems that I am going to have to reinstall Windows 10 and go through the incredible hassle of setting my laptop again.

1. Taskbar items are grouped together which is a feature I disabled in Windows 10. Grouping items simply increases clicks and reduces efficiency. This is a disaster and a fundamental floor in WIndows 11.
2. Office perfomance has crashed since upgrading. It is so bad that it is crashing the laptop where the laptop never previously crashed. Executing fundamental practices like attaching a file to an email takes a very long time and sometimes crashes the system. Saving documents can take forever.
3. Wifii management is a disaster. Often I cannot connect to wifi particularly in public places where a login is required through a web browser. It's a disaster.

There is nowhere to complain to microsoft. There is no way of seeking help with a subscription to a Windows support package. Windows 11 presents almost no benefit to me when I am using my laptop for work. All it has done is cause incredible problems, lose documents, decrease efficiency.

It should not have been rolled out until micrsoft was sure that it worked.

Hi Greg - thanks for your response. I just posted a bunch of questions again but didn't realise that you had answered most of them here.

I am going to follow your links and see if I can persist with Windows 11 but tbh I am already tired of trying to make it work... It just gets in the way of my business. Also from what I read there is literally no value in Windows 11 above Windows 10 unless you are a gamer.

I am concerned about doing a clean install though and finding all of the correct drivers etc. I can't get hold of anyone at Microsoft. Frankly it's a disaster. But I'll try your suggestions first.
