Hello!

My PC crashes and restarts while playing games, it only happens mid game and not while doing basic things like chrome or spotify, the screen freezes and everything becomes a black and distorted tone before rebooting.

I sometimes get this message: "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff804342bd511, 0x0000000000000000, 0xffffffffffffffff). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 55f52a99-7bd9-4982-8ad0-921f8dd32f04."

but sometimes i get other errors like "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 (0xfffffffffffffb3f, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff804286c1f0c, 0x0000000000000002). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 43de30ab-0744-4cae-a123-f7f0721ef8a7."

My specs are

  • CPU: Intel Core I9-11900F
  • MBO: ****Gigabyte Z590 UD AC
  • GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3060 Gaming OC 12GB
  • SSD: 1TB m.2 NVMe PCI-E
  • PSU: Gigabyte P650B 650 W 80+ bronze
  • Windows 10 Pro

Since I don t have inegrated graphics, figured out it might be a gpu problem so I reinstalled the drivers but the problem persisted(However, I noticed that after that the computer doesn't reboot as much, but the game keeps crashing and kicking me out just as often)
I searched for solutions on google but almost all of them asked for the minidump file and I think that the same solution might not apply to me.

I can provide the minidump file for the first error if needed, anything helps!

This dump says you have hardware problem.

Please run Windows memory diagnostic tool and switch it to extended mode when it starts (F1 key). Note, test hang at ~21% for more than 2-3 hours means memory error too.

Turn off XMP mode in BIOS if it is turned on.

And please check your RAM modes (voltage, frequency, timings) are in compliance with numbers in the motherboard compatibility list for your RAM model.

You have different BSOD codes, this means problems with memory or memory management.

    Please update Valorant anti-cheat.

Use driver verifier to gather additional information. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/244617...

    Run

    verifier /standard /all /bootmode resetonbootfail

command, reboot PC and use it as usual (with lower performance). If blue screen happens, please share memory dumps to OneDrive for analysis.
