I mistakenly purchased CPUs with Win 10 Iot enterprise on them, but I want Windows 10 Pro.
Can I just do a clean install from the media tool to downgrade to Win 10 Pro?

Doing a clean install is a choice to downgrade to win 10 pro.
Also ,here is a tutorial which can directly downgrade from windows 10 enterprise to winodws 10 pro without losing anything, having to clean install, or restart the computer.
We should be signed in as an adminiatrator to be able to downgrade in advance.

IOT Enterprise is an Embedded SKU and has no downgrade ability.
