Cannot download HttpPlatformHandler anymore

Hi, it seems that it is impossible to download HttpPlatformHandler installers from the website right now (cf. https://www.iis.net/downloads/microsoft/httpplatformhandler). The links return HTTP error 404 (like this one: https://download.microsoft.com/download/8/1/3/813AC4E6-9203-4F7A-8DD5-F3D54D10C5CD/httpPlatformHandler_amd64.msi).
Where can I find these installers?

or you can try to run the following command from the command line to install Http Platform Handler:
choco install httpplatformhandlerAnd i found from this link the HttpPlatformHandler has been replaced by ASP.NET Core Module:

2021-06-07T06:10:26.197+00:00 I don't want to believe that a ~2Mo simple dependency has been superceded by a 64Mo one that requires .NET 5.0 to run! HttpPlatformHandler has indeed been superceded by ASP.NET Code Module for .NET applications only.
Scott Hanselman seems to agree that not being able to download HttpPlatformHandler is a problem.

Since it is a critical IIS OOB module to enable Java/Python and other web apps, Microsoft as a whole (dev/support) should respond to customer inquiries like this seriously and restore the downloads.
