Undo the automatic removal of a meeting request once it was clicked to be accepted (outlook ver. 16.49 / 2021)

Outlook 2021.
Every time I receive an outlook email for a meeting request, once I click "accept", the email will be automatically removed into "deleted items".

I don't want this automatic removal. How can I cancel the automatic transfer and make them stay in my inbox?

Thank you

    Hi @Maksym ,

According to my tests, there may be no option that could prevent the meeting request being removed after you respond it in Outlook for Mac.

For your requirement, it's recommended to vote this similar idea in uservoice for Outlook, which is the Official channel for the Outlook team to collect more good ideas from users and help improve our product, thanks for your time.

Besides, for your current normal use, as a workaround, please try to set the following rule to copy the meeting requests to a specific folder so that they could be kept there.

Hope that would be helpful to you.

    Uncheck this option:

Options > Mail > under Send messages > uncheck “Delete meeting request and notification from Inbox after responding

    Hi @Jade Liang-MSFT
    Thanks one again :-)
    It's partially works!
I can see events in additional folder. But when I click something (not Delete but maybe 'Accept' one more time – the letter is gone, that's why it's partial success).
    Anyway, thank you so much.

I'd say I would rather switch to the very old version (which I used in 2010) but it looks like it's not so simply.
