Going in circles to try and do the renewal of certification for Supply Chain Management - test isn't there

Question

I got the e-mail notifying me that "Your Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate certification is expiring" with a link in a blue box to "Get started with renewing your certification".
However, clicking on that does not show any test to take. It directs me to:

.. and that sounds right but there is just information that I am now able to renew but there is not any link to click to start the renewal. Only links to "Prepare for the renewal assessment". I completed both modules listed there but that does not change anything. Waste of time. The only other link is "Connect to certifcation profile" but I have already done that weeks ago.

So I am going in circles. A renewal test cannot be found. Where is it?

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with certification renewal in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
