    Successfully updated through the Windows Update Center. The reason for error 0x800f0922 was the "App Readiness" service being disabled.

    Try using SFC.

    Press the Start key and type the word CMD, right click on the command prompt and select Run as administrator, enter the following commands one by one followed by the Enter key:

    • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
    • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
    • DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
    • sfc /scannow

    Here the correct way to use the commands.

    Then you try to install the update manually again

    Did not help. I downloaded the update manually from your link, launched and started the installation, then it was required to restart the computer and during the installation, changes were refused again
