    Successfully updated through the Windows Update Center. The reason for error 0x800f0922 was the "App Readiness" service being disabled.

    There were no errors after checking. I started to install the update manually and again on reboot and installation - the changes rolled back.

    I have Windows in russian language, I suppose this error is on the side of Microsoft for Windows in russian language
