I'm not sure if it's the dialog that's available in windows or from the custom software!

This forum is about c++ development. According to your issue , I suggest you should ask it in the AutoCAD Forum. And this thread will be modify the tag to "Not- Supported".

Thanks, but i am asking how to call it by c++ code,
i think if this form is available on windows please show the answer because i asked in cad but haven't seen a response yet.
