Cluster shared Volume2 (csv2) is no longer accessible from this cluster node because of error (1460)

My problem is with I/O as it seams and I haven't detected what is causing it yet.
I have 2 node cluster named srv01 and srv2, and 2 disks named csv1(volume1) and csv2(volume2) + quorum.
Disk csv1 is owned by node2 (srv02) and disk csv2 is owned by node1 (srv01).
Problem is this: I get error "Cluster shared Volume2 (csv2) is no longer accessible from this cluster node because of error (1460)..." and all errors in log are on the disk2 (csv2).."Event ID: 5142) and disk2 becomes unaccessible also all VMs that are on Volume2 (csv2) are crushing (stoppin, paused state etc).
I have migrated all VMs to node2 (srv02) and transfered ownership of both disks to node2 (srv02) and now there are no errors but cluster is lost... also I tried migrating one of VMs to node1 (srv01) with both disk volumes owned by node2 (srv02) and it works that way with no errors.

Problem first acured 18th of May and I restarted nod1 (srv01) with all VMs migrated on node2, and problem was not there for 7 days then it started again and it happened randomly for 3 days sometimes 2hrs apart sometimes 10 or 5min apart.

Then I had to migrate all VMs to node2 (srv02) and make both volumes to be owned by node2 (srv02) to make VMs work again.

I'm using Windows Server 2019 Standard.

Can you help' me troubleshoot this?

    Hi,

    1. How does the cluster connected to the CSV storage, via ISCSI, Fibre channel or others?
    2. It's recommended to run Cluster validation at maintenance time, and check the validation report if there's any errors with the storage or network.
    3. According to your description, it seems node 1 has some network connection issue with the storage, what is the NIC card of node 1, 1 G or 10 G or others? It's recommended to check the network on Node 1.

    Thanks for your time!
    Best Regards,
    Anne

Hi, thank you for your answer...
Cluster and storage are using FC 10G conection
I checked cables and it seams all connected and working fine, also NIC setings are same as we first created this setup but errors started just recently...
