Domain user complaining that he can’t access all Network Shares over VPN on Windows 10

One of my domain user is not able to view all shared folder most of time over VPN.

there is no problem from access level :- checked
few times he access all folder.

exmple:-

network drive "\10.0.3.3\folder1" is having 10 folder inside of parent folder then user gets only one folder access most of time. Rest folders can't able to see.
same folder will be able see after restarting 3-4 time of laptop restart.

what could be the reason? can anyone help me on this.

    are you mapping folders via login script?

    How did you map network drive? Via GPO or manually? If you manually map the drive, will the issue still occur?

    Can domain user access \10.0.3.3\folder1 normally via File Explorer? Please clarify more details to help us identify problem.
