Uninstall updates that have been installed roughly during the days the issue started.
Blocked Webpages
Hi
I am having problems with both Edge and Chrome when trying to access a website.
I keep getting an error message. Unable to open the webpage, firewall or proxy problem.
Is it something that is inherent in the system.
This appears to have happened in the last two weeks, everything was working fine before.
I have tried adding the affected sites to “allow them to be accessed” but they are still rejected.

On the Windows Update history page, click on 'Uninstall updates'.

2020-10-07T16:28:01+00:00 Hi
No exactly the same. I put in the commands, restarted my PC.
Tried on the failed sites. Getting Hmmm..can’t reach this page...refused to connect.
Try Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall.
ERR CONNECTION REFUSED
