- Access the link below to download this driver according to the manufacturer:

- After completing the driver download, extract the zipped file;
- Press Windows + X and select Device Manager;
- Navigate to the pl2303hxa device and right-click on it, select Properties;
- Click the Driver tab> update Driver> Search Computer for Drivers> Allow me to choose from a list of available drivers on my computer;
- Click the "Have disk ..." button;
- Navigate to the folder of the driver you downloaded and select the file "ser2pl";
- Press OK and proceed to perform the installation.
After finishing the installation check if the error still happens.
