can you advise how i can solve it

    This error refers to the drive, please perform the procedure below and check if the problem still occurs.

    1. Access the link below to download this driver according to the manufacturer:

    1. After completing the driver download, extract the zipped file;
    2. Press Windows + X and select Device Manager;
    3. Navigate to the pl2303hxa device and right-click on it, select Properties;
    4. Click the Driver tab> update Driver> Search Computer for Drivers> Allow me to choose from a list of available drivers on my computer;
    5. Click the "Have disk ..." button;
    6. Navigate to the folder of the driver you downloaded and select the file "ser2pl";
    7. Press OK and proceed to perform the installation.

    After finishing the installation check if the error still happens.
