Can't connect to a wireless display (Smart TV)

I have a Philips Smart TV Model 50PUS6703/12 which already has a Miracast connection built. I want to wirelessly connect my PC onto that TV but I always get an errors saying that It couldn't connect and that I should try to reconnect through the Action Center. I have a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6gb GPU and in the DxDiag it shows that Miracast is available with HDCP. I've also bought an external Mirrorscreen dock and can't connect to it either. My PC does not support Intel HD Graphics. Is there any solution to my problem?

Same here but with an LG TV.

My laptop has dual graphics - Intel & nVidia.

I have similar problem as well. It did work until today. I have got a Samsung Q80 tv and could not recognise my laptops. I tried 2 different Dell ones and had the same issues. All the drivers are updated and my windows is also updated. It seems that is an issue with the Windows 10.
