omslistenermissing : senseoms listener missing. this machine is unable to upload cyber data

Question

I got this error when running MDATPAnalyzer. Anyone can help?
Already tried:

1. Install latest Windows patch
2. Reinstall MMA
3. Reboot

After running MDATPAnalyzer, the results has below error:

################# SenseOms Listener check

2021-06-09 10:30:58Z [warning] OmsListenerMissing : SenseOms listener missing. This machine is unable to upload cyber data - contact Microsoft support if issue persists.

We have tried to reinstall and reboot.\
Issue still persist.

Other servers with same OS (version and build) and same IP segment have no issues.
Only one server has this error message.

Testing on communication, shows no issue.

This is the error from the logs:

There is no error code shown.
