Network Adapter not working ( Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz)

Hello,

I have a new computer (only 6 months old) and my wireless connection isn't working. It doesn't come up in the Network & Internet Settings. It may come back for an hour but doesn't stay. The Wi-Fi drive gives me this error: "This device cannot start. (Code 10) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful". I have uninstall and reinstall the latest drive several times. I have reset my laptop twice already, network reset too many times to count, ran a hardware diagnostic (it says nothing is wrong), clean boot. I have an HP Laptop Notebook15 Windows 10. Bluetooth is not working either. I could really use some help.

Thanks in Advance

    Hi NikkyNikk,

    Options:

    1. Go to the Network Adapters Device Manager, select your wi-fi adapter and take note of the driver version in use.
    2. Go to the driver tab and uninstall the driver and its software.
    3. Restart your computer.

Windows will automatically reinstall the appropriate driver for the wi-fi adapter. After restarting the computer, check if the new driver is the same version as before or a different version.

    1. If it doesn't solve, go to the HP website, download and then install the latest available driver version for your wi-fi adapter model.

    Hello!

Thank you for your suggestions. I have tried that as well and im getting the same error code with the default version, the rolled back version, and the latest version. I have downloaded the drive  from HP and Intel for both wifi and bluetooth and both are still not working. Ive also updated the BIOS

Hi,I'm sorry you didn't solve it.I suggest you try to contact HP Support, a new PC still under warranty should not present any kind of problem. Alternatively, contact Intel Support.

Update BIOS and the wifi card driver.

Driver alone will not fix it
