Error encountered while communicating with primary target ip address

Hi,

We are getting the below errors to some recipients on our Exchange 2013 server. Do we need to do a send connector for each recipient or is there another solution? Thanks

    Hi @Andy David - MVP ,

    Following the above, can I create an outbound smarthost for all recipients, please? We are ending up creating multiple smarthosts for recipients whereby the message is delayed. Thank you
