How to join user in microsoft teams meeting without his participation? Can i do this from my application using microsoft graph api or some else tools?

If you want to add a new invitee to a Teams meeting:

1. Go to Outlook Calendar.
2. Open the event/meeting.
3. Foward (if you're not the owner) or add the invitee

After:

1. Open the event in Teams.
2. Use the "Request To Join" tool.
