Constant calls regarding multi factor authentication

Question

My company has Office365 and has had it for many years. We have never set up MFA for these accounts.

I got a new work phone number and the calls from Microsoft Azure MFA (###-###-####) are constant.

Is there any way to get these calls to stop? My phone number is

Good day.

I first removed the phone number you posted, and kindly suggest you'd better remove this or leave a blank if you wanna post any personal information.

Back to the issue, are you the only user that is constantly receiving the calls?
I think you should check your Azure settings about the Authentication methods, if there are no issues, I may think you could simply add the number to the black list.
