where are saved email addresses stored in Windows 10?

Whenever I visit e.g. an on-line retailer and am asked to provide my email address, as soon as I enter a couple of characters, Windows brings up a list of email addresses from which I can select my latest one. The list contains many old email addresses of mine and my late wife.

Where are these saved and how can I remove some please?

PS I don't think that the topic I've used (Family) is the correct one but I can't find another one. If it's wrong would a Moderator please change it. TIA

Hello again, EliseM_456. I've found the screen to which you pointed me but there aren't any addresses there, per the snip below. Yet auto-fill is still bringing up email addresses that I want to remove. What should I do now, please?

any more thoughts please? Autofill is still showing irrelevant or out of date/cancelled email addresses.
