Yes, few other users also reported the issue. It is best to report this issue to Microsoft through the Microsoft Feedback Hub application (Win + F). So they will get to know that users are facing this issue.
In the meantime, try the below steps:
- Press win + R, then type "services.msc" and click OK
- Look for "Device Association Service," double-click on it, set the Startup type to Manual, and click on Start.
- Apply changes and restart your computer.
