i want to update windows 10 to the newest version but it says i have to delete virtual box
but i dont have it installed on my laptop

I guess that you installed the android emulator on your computer for using of android apps.
Please uninstall the android emulator, then update Windows 10 to the latest. Once update completed, reinstall your android emulator back.
