Unsubscribtion and refund Office 365

Hello,

I would like to unsubscribe from Office 365 Family package since I realized that due to being a student I can have it available for free. I saw that a refund is available 30 days after the first charge. I initially posted a query here one day after the charge and was notified, that I should speak to an agent about it. Two weeks have passed since. I have been trying to connect via the online "talk to an agent" functionality, where eventually I am prompted to give my phone number and receive a call, but as many times I try, I always get notified, that they cannot call me back. I have also tried to call the support lines, but as soon as I choose my option with the operator, a.k.a. Office 365, I am redirected to the same online page for online support where no connection is provided. I wanted to ask you to help me connect and see if I can get the refund and how I should proceed.

For information about cancelling Microsoft subscription, you could refer to this article "How to cancel your Microsoft subscription".

Besides, we are responsible for general issues of Office desktop clients and issues related to Microsoft 365 payment & billing (refund) is out of the scope, it's suggested to contact Microsoft for help trough the following methods.

• Phone support
