Speller in Edge stopped working

Question

Hi. I was getting this weird issue where if I click on a link outside of Edge, it would open that link but also a blank tab. So I did a reset within the Settings section.
But since then the spelling stopped to work. [And I have big fingers, so I tend to sometimes hit two keys!]
I did a search in Settings for "spell" and all the settings were enabled. But spelling still doesn't work.
So i dsid the complete reset with:

Deleted: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe
Then in PowerShell:
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml" -Verbose}

Still didn't help. Speller doesn't work.
Ideas?

Try update Microsoft Edge to the latest version.
If the problem persist, report it using the feedback option in the Microsoft Edge.
