I was trying to switch from Google to MS 365 for my business but lost access to my account during the process. When I called tech help they said no password was established for the account and I would have to be connected to the password recovery team. That was 3 days ago. I’ve called back twice to see where things are and I’ve been told they’ll call back when they get to it. It is critical to my business to have email service. Is there anything I can do?
I tried to follow again today, but they were closed since it’s Saturday (despite the fact that their website says 24/7 support). I then tried cancelling my subscription to go back to Google and of course, no help because they’re closed. What can I do?
