Computer repeatedly types 9

My computer repeatedly types 9 and it started happening not long ago. I temporarily fix it by restarting my computer but eventually it comes back. There’s no certain amount of time that it takes to come back it just happens randomly. I tried keyboard troubleshooting but there was “no issues found”. When I unplug my keyboard it still continues, so it can’t be my keyboard. I have no idea why it keeps happening or what could be causing it. My drivers are up to the latest date. I have searched up numerous videos and things online, but nothing seems to help.

Just because it continues when you unplug your keyboard doesn't necessarily mean the keyboard isn't the problem. The only way to really know for sure is to plug in a different keyboard and then reboot the computer.

The reason:  your keyboard sends a "9 is being held down" signal to the computer, and the computer keeps doing that until it gets a "9 has been let go" signal.  If that signal never arrives, it will keep typing 9 even if you unplug the keyboard.
