MS Project requiring Hello Pin

Bought MS Project Profession 2019 and have been using it. Now it is requiring us to sign into the registered Microsoft account which we did but requiring us to enter Hello Pin but we do not have one.
Do we really have to setup Hello pin and if so how as the PC is logged in as a domain account
