I can't complete the payment process for a developer accunt!

Everytime i try to pay the fee for the individual developer account on the microsoft page it throws me the following error:

Ive tried many times, different days, different hours, but always the same error. No matter the browser I use to do it, it's always the same error message.

Can anyone help me, please?
