Slow upload speed to any Microsoft services on Ethernet connection

I'm experiencing a really weird thing while uploading a file to any Microsoft services like Skype or OneDrive using my Gbps ethernet connection. The upload speed is limited to 2mbps only. When uploading to any other server (e.g. youtube or any other website) using the same ethernet connection, I'm getting the maximum speed that I supposed to get.

Similarly, when using another 100 Mbps USB ethernet adapter or wi-fi connection to upload the files to the Microsoft services, I'm also getting the full upload speed.

In summary:

Gbps Ethernet adapter + Microsoft services = Upload speed is limited to 2 Mbps

Gbps Ethernet adapter + Any other services = Upload speed 50 Mbps+

Another 100 Mbps Ethernet adapter + Microsoft services = Upload speed 50 Mbps+

My internet connection: 100 Mbps upload and 100 Mbps download speed

Windows 10 Pro, 21H1, 19043.1055 build

Gbps Ethernet adapter: Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE Family Controller, Driver version: 10.46.1231.2020

Router: TP-Link Wireless N Router WR841N - 100 Mbps ethernet port

Note: I already have tried disabling LSO v2 (IPv4) and LSO v2 (IPv6). It didn't help. LSO (IPv4) is not available for my device.

Please help me sort this out.

Thanks in advance!
