Power BI Column Chart always showing annual value

Question

Hello,

I started using Power BI and I have a Data Source with data about sales product in 2019, 2020 and 2021.

I need to show 3 Column Charts, one showing Sales sum for 2019, one for 2020 and one for 2021.
Charts for 2019 and 2020 need to show the same value, it doesn't matter what users select in the dashboard. Same situation for 2021, but data need to be refreshed during the year.

How can I do this?
