RD Client 10.3.0 Hangs on securing connection to gateway

Question

Client is using an ipad pro with ios 14.4.2 with RD Client 10.3.0. They have tried new installs of the software and VPN'ing in to see if it made a difference. This was not an issue previously. Has anyone else seen this issue and been able to resolve it?

2.What about other version of RD Client?

1.Can you reinstall the RD Client and check if the issue still occurs?
2.What about using the beta version? https://install.appcenter.ms/orgs/rdmacios-k2vy/apps/microsoft-remote-desktop-for-mac/distribution_groups/all-users-of-microsoft-remote-desktop-for-mac
3.If the problem is caused by the incompatibility of RD client and IOS 14 the same as described in the reference link, can you roll back to the previous IOS version?
