Wifi network adapter went missing

Hello, I am in need of getting my wifi network adapter back. I have no option to see it or try to connect to my wifi. My wifi is working on other devices and was working fine until 2 days ago.

    Good Day KarlaViruet,

    My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 10 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

    Here's the steps you can try.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Settings

    -Click Update and Security

    -Click Troubleshooter then Additional troubleshooter.

    -Look for Internet Connection and run the troubleshooter.

    Once done proceed with these steps.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Network Adapters

    -Look for the Wireless driver that was installed

    -Right click and Update

    -Look for "Browse my computer for driver

    -Let me pick drivers available drivers

    -Choose an old driver and use it.

    Reset Network Settings

    Open Settings.

    Click on Network & Internet.

    Click on Status.

    Under the "Change your network settings" section, click the Network reset option.

    Click the Reset now button.

    Click the Yes button.

    -Click Start, type CMD and run as administrator

    -Copy and paste each of the commands below and hit enter.

    netsh int ip reset

    netsh advfirewall reset

    netsh winsock reset

    ipconfig /flushdns

    ipconfig /release

    ipconfig /renew

    Once you entered all those commands restart your computer and try to connect.

    If issue persist, let's download the updated driver

    What is the exact model of your computer?

    To check the system model proceed with these steps.

    -Press Windows key + R

    -Type msinfo32 and hit enter.

    -Look for the System Model and manufacturer post it here.

    If you are using a custom built pc look for Baseboard version and Baseboard product and post it here.

    I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, are you able to connect the Ethernet connection? Is this your device? is that a desktop PC?

    When did you install Windows 10? It appears that this device model is not supported to run in Windows 10 .

    Thank you Carlo! I tired all the steps and still nothing. My system manufacturer is HP and model is 520-1030. I truly appreciate your help.
