    0x803F8001

I got the same error code.

I transferred from mojang to microsoft.

I played minecraft without any problem before.

I cannot install on my new computer.

I checked many posts but still no solution.

I entered a service tag but it was answered by a player and didn't solve the problem.

I don't want to pay again for the same game.

Could you help check it out?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

I had the same issue just now, but I managed to fix it.

Firstly, I went to "Apps & Features" in the Windows settings and from there, uninstalled the minecraft launcher.

Then, I downloaded and launched the minecraft launcher from the Microsoft store, instead of from the minecraft website.

After doing that, Minecraft opened and ran flawlessly as always.

I hope this helps and have a nice day!

Thanks so much, seems to have worked!

Just make sure you go for the 'minecraft launcher' app!
