Old Visual Basic compiled Program. Howto enable on Windows 10/11, Error code 0x8002801c

Hi!

I only have an old Visual Basic Program compiled binary. Running this program gave error comdlg32.ocx missing. Found that in VisualBasic6-KB896559-v1-ENU.exe. Since installation failed, because no comdlg32.ocx was installed, I followed advice from here to unpack the installation file, and copy both *.ocx-Files (comdlg32.ocx, mscomctl.ocx -- both files were not found on Windows 10/11) to SysWOW64. This part worked. Registering these two files with regsvr32 from SysWOW64 succeeded.
Now starting this old VB-program fails with error code 0x8002801c. Since I could not find helpful information to this error: how to get rid of it?
