PC very slow...…Running cleaning procedure that maybe (???) detrimental to the speed of my device

Hi,

I have the habit to "clean" my PC by running CCleaner, Local Disk (C) Properties>Disk Cleanup and Check Scan Drive:

Is there any direct connection between the cleaning process and the slowing process of my PC (shown in the last picture)?...….

    Hello, I'm Jan and I'm happy to help you today. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this problem.This problem can be caused by outdated drivers , background applications or corrupted system files. Here are some things you can try.

    1. Disable unnecessary applications programs that are running from the startup

    Try these steps

    Press CTRL+ALT+Delete

    Then click on Task Manager

    Then Navigate to Startup Tab

    ( from there you can Disable unnecessary applications running from the startup)

    1. Perform a Clean Boot to disable unnecessary startup and services

    1. Run "system file checker" to scan and repair corrupted system files

    Open the command prompt as an administrator.

    Then type in each command and press Enter.

    sfc /scannow

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    restart your computer.

    1. Uninstall all third party cleaners and Antivirus. Completely remove them with their dedicated removal tool. Then check if your system stabilizes.
    2. Try to reinstall or update these device driver graphics, network, audio, and chipset. Download them at the Manufacturer's support website and install them.

    Also, try updating your BIOS.

    Clean install the graphics drivers using DDU.

    Run the application from Safe mode.

    Select Clean and restart

    Once the drivers are uninstalled

    Install the latest Graphics Card driver

    1. Use Disk Cleanup to delete temporary files.

    1. Log in as another user or create another user with administrator rights.

    Then check if the problem does not persist using that account.

    create a new user account with administrator rights.

    Log in using the new account and and if the problem does not exist on that account.

    Transfer your files to the new account.

    1. It is also possible that the system files is already corrupted. This will upgrade and repair your system without losing your files and apps.

    Then choose "ISO"

    Once it is downloaded click or open the file using the windows explorer

    Then open or click "setup" to run.
