IP.Microsoft.PendingChange.RenameCategory in statusbar

Hi,

since a few days Outlook of one of our users shows the following notification:
"IPM.Microsoft.PendingChange.RenameCategory" wird umbenannt in "Ablage"...

We've already deleted and regenerated the profile with no luck.
The problem exists only in one account regardless of the system he is using, so it seems to be an issue with the exchange database.

Can anyone give us a hint where to look?

Hi,
Which version of Exchange are you using?
"The problem exists only in one account regardless of the system he is using"
-So you have tested several devices with Outlook , right? Can the user login OWA without issue?

If there is only one mailbox affected, you can try:
1 move the mailbox to another database
2 export the mailbox to pst file, delete the mailbox, import the file to a new-created mailbox

Thanks for helping me out.
We are using Exchange 2019 with the latest CU installed.
Yes, we have tested several devices same problem everywhere. OWA is working fine.

Will try your suggestions today and get back to you.

Sorry for my late reply.
I moved the account to a new database and back with no luck. Meanwhile there are is at least one other account showing the same behaviour.
Thank you for help, I'd like to give you more information. What exactly do you need?
Will try exporting the mailbox as soon as I can find the time...
