Collection feature not working

After an update, I have lost all the collections that I have saved and moreover now I am not able create one also. on clicking the tab "start new collection", its just getting freeze and no operation is happening. How I can found my lost collection or can create one?

    Hi,

    Are you using MECM(SCCM)?

    Please check the database to see if it's in the v_collection table. Collections don't get auto deleted depending on any criteria.

    Also, check if the site status are health.
