Azure AD conditional access "what if" tool broken?

Is the "What If" tool in AAD conditional access broken for anyone else?
When selecting the cloud apps, I simply get "Unable to load this data" (after a few brief loading attempts 1,2,3).
As a result I can't select any apps for my What If analysis.
What makes it worse is that the Sign-In logs for AAD seem to be a lot more delayed these days than I remember them being. Over 2hrs before the logs appear in the Sign-In history. As you can imagine, assessing the impact both before and after a conditional access rule change is extremely difficult now.
Any assistance would be much appreciated.

    @Scott dM , thank you for reaching out to us. I see that I am also getting the same error Unable to load this data while selecting Cloud apps:

    I have created a bug internally about the same, please expect to be fixed soon.

    Further, the FAQs say that Sign-in activity logs can take from 15 minutes to up to 2 hours for some records, so this is expected.

    Is there any update on this?

    Not being able to select the specific Cloud App basically makes this tool useless?
