Activate Sandbox problem on MS Learn Unit

Nischal Doshi 21 Reputation points

I am using Microsoft Learn portal for AZ 900 learning path. I have completed all units except one which requires "Activating Sandbox". On trying to "Activate Sandbox" it gives message to verify the permissions with "Review Permissions" button. When selecting the button it leads to a page having following message:
"You can't get there from here
It looks like you're trying to access a resource that belongs to an organization that's not approved by your IT department."
I tried to sign-out and sign-in multiple times and different browser with cleaning up cache etc, but no use.
One observation is that signing-in to MS Learn account does not ask for Multi-Factor authentication (code from Authenticator app). I checked with my IT department but they are not able to figure out.

This looks different from some of the other problems reported on the forum for Activate Sandbox issue. Just because of single unit, I am not able to show the completeness of entire Learning Path. Please help.

Apparently you are using your 'work account' to go through the learning session. You need to use your own personal account for the sandbox to activate. Your work account's authentication and authorization is defined by your IT admin and hence won't allow you to activate/create paid resources (unless you are on approved list) or free sandboxes.

Try using your own Microsoft account. Create a new free account if you don't have one yet.
