Windows 11 calendar does not pop up when iIclick on date and time. Instead I get Notificacion. How do I fix this

On Windows 11, calendar does not pop up when I click on date and time. Instead I get Notificacion how do I fix this

    Actually, this problem did not occur immediatel after I upgraded to Windows 11. I first noticed it when I installed the last Cumulative update

    1. Install the latest Windows Updates.
      I installed latest Updates
    2. Use System File Checker to check and fix corrupted system files that may be the cause of the issue. Please refer to the link.

      I ued System File checker and it fixed corrupted files
    3. Restart Windows Explorer.
      > Open the Task Manager using the steps above.
      > Go to the Processes tab.
      > Locate Windows Explorer, select it, then choose Restart.
      I followed these directions and slected rersyart Windows Explorer. I suppose it restarted but I'm not sure. How could I tell?

    Actually I did get this to run

    How do I get this?
    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
    was able to enter this

    >> Restart the PC.

    Did not fix problem

    In case this never gets fixed, I added the Calendar shortcut to my task bar

    I am experiencing the same problem. Windows 11, updated today, build 22621.675. I ran through all of the recommended steps. Only exception was that the Get-AppXPackage command reported the app already installed with a newer version. I am used to clicking down there and getting a pop-up calendar, for example to see what day of the week Christmas falls on. I miss that feature.
