How to migration oracle 11.2 to Azure latest version?

Hi All,

1) Could you please share the process of migration of oracle 11.2 (on premise) data base schemas (on server) to Azure latest Oracle 19C VM's?

2) Could you please share the cost associated with it?

3) how would the cost be shared if we procure the oracle licenses?
